The TW-EasyWinWood has been designed for the efficient complete processing of windows and doors in the smallest space (21m2). Four scantlings up to a length of 6 metres can be mounted.  

The scantlings are separated and the automatically movable struts position the components freely. This makes possible the processing of the scantling fronts. This complete processing takes place without set-up time in a continuous clamping. The integrated optimizing of allocation makes a previous commissioning of the scantlings unnecessary.

Up to 48 parts with a minimum length and width of 200mm and a minimum thickness of 100mm can be completely processed in one pass. The machine concept makes a processing time of 1 minute per window-frieze possible.
